“…that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE SAINTS, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:17-19

At Antioch, we believe that kids are essential in the Kingdom of God and the life of the church! We desire to partner with parents to raise and disciple a passionate, God-fearing generation.

We want our kids to be radical, vibrant, devoted followers of Jesus for their whole lives! We seek to provide fun, practical training for how to live in the Kingdom of God. In the Journey and the Quest, kids learn that life with Jesus is the most fun life possible as they grow in loving God, loving each other, and loving those who don’t know Jesus. Kids learn how to worship and spend time with Jesus; how to love, forgive, and serve their families and friends; and how to share the good news of Jesus and minister to others. We focus not only on laying a foundation for the future but also on how to live it out as kids. 

“At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, ‘I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure.’“ Luke 10:21

Extended family (natural and spiritual) is important to the development of children. We have a diverse, committed team of volunteers – from high school and college students to grandmas – who make the Journey and the Quest safe, fun places to learn to love Jesus and live a life fully devoted to Him. Not only have all of our volunteers passed background checks, but they are amazing, Jesus-loving people who live their lives in community and for the Kingdom.

We love it when kids respond to God and want to follow Him! If your child wants to give his or her life to Jesus during the Journey or the Quest, we will contact you to come be a part of this significant decision. (For Journey kids, your wristband numbers will flash on the screen in the main service. For Quest kids, you will receive a text message.) If you are comfortable, we want to allow you the privilege of leading your child to begin his or her relationship with Jesus! If you just want to cheer, our leaders are excited to pray with you and your child together. Our desire is to partner with you as you shepherd your kids as their primary disciplers!
